Every item sold at Maxwelldistributors.com comes as is. We do not warranty our products; however, manufacturers may offer limited warranties on the items that they produce. Please note that the details of these warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer. We are not liable for warranties in any way, and we do not provide authority to any Maxwelldistributors.com representative to take on the responsibility of enforcing or carrying out a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty information will be provided with products.

Maxwelldistributors.com is not responsible for any type of damages that are suffered due to the use of any product sold on our site. This includes but is not limited to the loss of use, the loss of income or the loss of profits. Even if you notify us of these damages, we are not legally or financially responsible for them in any way.

Laws regarding the legal use of products sold at Maxwelldistributors.com vary by location. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to know the laws that are in force in their areas and to adhere to them at all times. Maxwelldistributors.com is not responsible for loss, including fines and penalties, that the buyer suffers due to the illegal use of a product sold here.

Customers are responsible for carefully reading the instructions provided with any product that they purchase from Maxwelldistributors.com. We are not responsible for injury or loss that occurs due to the improper use of any product sold here, nor will we accept a product that was damaged by improper use for return.

Please note that while we take steps to ensure that every product featured on Maxwelldistributors.com is accurately represented, there could be a difference in the actual appearance of a product due to lighting, the position of the camera or changes to the product design by the manufacturer.

Maxwelldistributors.com is not liable to cover the costs of any fees arising due to international shipping, including duties, brokerage fees, custom fees or taxes.

We can refuse to serve anyone or may choose to cancel an order at any time. In the event that we must cancel your order, we will contact you promptly via the phone number or the email address that you provided. If you have already issued payment, we will refund it at the time of cancellation.

All of the texts, pictures and graphics featured on our site are owned by Maxwelldistributors.com. They may not be reproduced online or in print without written permission. We reserve the right to seek criminal and civil damages if content from our website is copied or stolen.

Prices on our website are subject to change without notice. We will not provide refunds in the event of adjustments. Any errors in pricing, product information, advertisements or shipping are not our responsibility. This includes typographic errors.

Shipping, Return and Pricing Policies

We will replace or exchange items that were incorrectly sent or were discovered to be defective after the product is opened or used. If the product is clearly damaged prior to opening the box, it is the responsibility of the shipping company. While we can assist you with getting a refund from the shipping company, we can not give refunds or exchanges on items that were damaged while in transit.

All exchanges will be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the item that was purchased was not the correct one for a specific task.

Prior to sending in any return, you must contact our customer service department and receive a Return Authorization number or RA. If you do not have an RA number included with your returned merchandise, we will be unable to accept it. The number must appear on the outside of the shipping container or on a note inside of the container. We can only accept brand new, unused merchandise for return or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not refundable.

  • All returns will be issued a store credit. No refunds will be provided.

Payment Methods

  • Products must be paid for in full prior to shipping. Our preferred payment providers are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
  • Shipping will be delayed 10 days to allow personal checks to clear. We charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Nicotine Warning

E-liquids, e-juices and similar products sold at Maxwelldistributors.com may contain nicotine, a drug that is toxic if ingested in large quantities. The drug is addictive and can irritate the skin and eyes.

Nicotine should not be used by children, pregnant women or anyone with a history  of heart disease, high blood pressure or diabetes. You are solely responsible for knowing the ingredients in the products that you purchase. Do not use any product that contains an ingredient to which you are allergic.

Symptoms of vomiting, indigestion, diarrhea, dizziness, weakness or heart palpitations may occur due to the use of nicotine. If you experience these symptoms, seek emergency medical attention and stop using the product.

Not for Medical Use

Products sold at Maxwelldistributors.com are not intended for use to treat any type of medical condition. Vaporizers and e-cigarettes are not approved smoking cessation devices. We do not claim that vaping will help you overcome a smoking addiction or lessen the symptoms of any medical condition.

Prior to using any product sold at Maxwelldistributors.com, you should consult your physician regarding its safety. If you become sick or injured due to using any product on our site, it is your sole responsibility. We are not liable.

Reviews that are posted on our site are the opinions of the authors. We do not endorse any of the opinions that they contain, nor do we support any claims that they make.

At Maxwelldistributors.com, we sell vaporizers and accessories for legal use only. We do not support the use of illegal substances of any kind. In the event that any product on our site is used in conjunction with a illegal substance, its warranty becomes void and it cannot be returned to us.
